Mr. Henrik Christensen is one of the co-founders of Corporate Capital Consultants. As the CEO, he is responsible for the strategic planning for the logistics and freight forwarding clients and the general management of Corporate Capital Consultants.

Mr. Christensen has over 30-years of shipping and logistics experience in Denmark, England, Africa and Hong Kong. He has worked for one of the world’s largest Logistical companies, Kuehne & Nagel, both in Europe and Africa.

In the mid 1980’s Mr. Christensen founded his own company, Gator International, in Dar es Salaam. He pioneered a new transport route between Malawi and Tanzania in conjunction with the Government of Malawi.

Mr. Christensen returned to London in the late 1980’s where he became the General Manager for Bellville Limited. In 1990, he co-founded Spedition Services Ltd., a company which pioneered transport links between Moscow, London and other Former Soviet Union locations.

After his arrival in Hong Kong, Mr. Christensen joined AGI Logistics (HK) Ltd., and in 2002 was appointed to the board of their US listed holding company Pacific CMA Inc. (PAM). As the Executive Vice President, he worked in New York, to bring (PAM) to the American Stock Exchange and raise capital for Mergers and Acquisitions. In 2004 Mr. Christensen co-founded Corporate Capital Consultants. He has successfully listed Wako Logistics Group, Inc. and is currently working with several other companies whom are preparing for public listing in the United States.

Mr. Christensen holds an MBA in Shipping and Logistics from the Copenhagen Business School.

Mr. John Dauernheim is a senior executive with substantial experience and a solid record of achievement in the international Logistics industry

Mr. Dauernheim most recently served as Executive in Residence for Great Hill Partners, a private equity firm where he spearheaded their investments in the Logistics industry.
Prior to joining Great Hill, Mr. Dauernheim was Chief Operating Officer for Pacific CMA, a publicly traded Logistics company with operations in Asia, Europe and the United States.

In previous roles, Mr. Dauernheim served 10 years as Vice President-Worldwide Operations and Sales for Federal Express Corporation where he expanded the company’s operations in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and Latin America, laying the foundation for Fedex’ current $5.0 billion international business.

He has also held the positions of Chief Operating Officer for OIA Global Logistics and Senior Vice President of Yellow International, a subsidiary of Yellow Freight.

Mr. Dauernheim was a founding Board member of the International Express Carriers Conference and served as President of the Asia Pacific Express Association.

Deji is a trained Project Management professional with special bias for new product development.

He has commendable expertise in Project development processes as well and stakeholder/ institutional engagement and management.

He worked in one of Nigeria’s biggest Insurance company, Industrial and General Insurance (IGI) where he pioneered several investment portfolios outside the insurance industry for the company.

In 2013, he acted as a sub-consultant for a Ghanaian company to build inland ports and refinery in Ghana.

He co – founded Ada Solar Energy (Ghana) Ltd in 2014 and has led on the development of the project from conception to date.

He represents CCC in all business/project development and Management in West Africa and has extensive business contacts both in Nigeria and Ghana

As Solution Development Director, Mr. Hans van der Zijden is responsible development of logistic solution and business development plans for our clients of Corporate Capital Consultants.

Hans has more than 30 years of management in Shipping and Logistics having lived and worked all over Europe, Asia, USA, Canada and Australia. His responsibilities has included Sales, Marketing, Pricing and Operational Management for all the major trades routes between Europe, Africa, Asia, Austral Asia, USA and Canada.

Hans has also played an important role in the development of the European Inland Transportation Container Rules within the liner conference system. He has also contributed to the filing of the first NVOCC tariffs in the Transatlantic trade. Hans’s recent achievements include the start up of an Asian wide agency network for a newly established shipping line and the establishment of a Wholly Foreign Owned Enterprise (WFOE) for a major foreign shipping carrier in China. Hans has also participated in the negotiation of several consortia agreements between various container carriers and NVOCC’s.

Mike has spent all his working life in the Civil Engineering Sector. He has worked in all levels from project initiations to construction and commissioning. He started his career in a design office in Hong Kong and worked through all levels of Project Management.

Over the years Mike has worked for projects in Middle East, Hong Kong, China, Nigeria, Mali and Zambia; all of which have given him exposure to multi-cultural work places and enabled him to build up an extensive and global network of contacts that facilitate project initiation and realization.

Mr. Bernt Meldgaard Christensen has worked in sales executive positions for more that 25 years, – and has served almost 20 years within the marine, oil and gas segment, where he has achieved remarkable results and have established a very strong and valuable global contact network.

He started his career with the East Asiatic Company of Copenhagen in 1969, then Scandinavia’s largest corporation and remained there until 1978.

Mr. Christensen held positions in more international companies such as Simrit A/S (in the German Freudenberg Group) and as business unit manager in the Swiss Sika Group. Besides he has worked as independent consultant from 2003 till 2007.
